What is the Lightbox?
The Lightbox keeps a list of your favorite photos or photos you would like to save for later purchase. You can also share your Lightbox favorites with family and friends by emailing your Lightbox to them, they will receive a small image to view and links back to the images on the site.
How do I use the Lightbox?
You must have an account and signin to use the Lightbox, accounts are Free and signing up is easy. To add photos: while browsing the images click on the one you like to view it on the Details page. At the bottom of the image you will see 3 icons, the left will enlarge the image, the middle one will add the current image to the Lightbox and the right one will send an email containing an image and link back to the image on our site.
How do I order custom prints?
- Select the custom print you want.
- Create a lightbox with a unique name for each custom print.
- Add the photo or photos to use in the finale print.
- For multi-image prints indicate the location of each image on print.

Will I be able see proofs of custom prints before they are printed?
Yes; we will create a proof of each custom print you have ordered which is normally ready 5 to 10 business days after order receipt. When completed the proofs will be posted on-line and you will receive an email with the link to the web page for viewing.
How will I know you received my order?
We will send an order confirmation email; if you do not receive such an email in 2 business days please contact us. There may be a problem with our system or your email may be blocking our attempt to communicate with you.
When will I be required to pay for the custom prints?
Payment must be made when the proofs are posted on line.
Can I request any changes to the proofs?
Yes; once payment has been made a one time change to proof can be requested, we will also correct any errors that may have been made in spelling or typo's.
Who is responsible for the spelling of names, teams or other text on prints?
You are responsible for submitting the names or text to us as it is to appear on the print.
We will take responsibility for transferring that information to the print as submitted.
If we have question about the spelling we will contact you.
By accepting the final proof you agree all content on the final proof is correct.
Can I request a custom print based on my design?
Yes, submit the design and details, we will send a quote if it is something we can do.
Why must I create an account?
Free accounts are required to use features like the lightbox, which we use as a communications method for custom orders. To ensure we can contact customers placing custom orders the account requirement was put into place.
FYI; if you are placing custom orders or expecting us to contact you please check your account information so that it is up todate.
It is not necessary to create an account to view the photo galleries!
How will my information be used?
We will not distribute, sell, or give your information out. I will send out an email to account holders for reasons such as;
Photo event going off line, new photos posted, new product, specials, etc…
Will I use it to promote our business? Yes.
Will I send out a constant bombardment of messages? No.
What format are the photos in? All WebFotoz images are in JPG format.
Do you add photos on a regular basis? Yes. We add photos as they are taken. Click on "Newest Photos" to see the latest photos that we have posted.
Can I submit photos to sell? Right now the only photos that we sell are the ones taken by WebFotoz and it's partners. In the future we may consider this.
Do you offer refunds? Once your purchase is made we can not offer a refund. The reason for this policy is because we offer full access to our entire digital collection of photos and, as such, there is no way for our products to be returned. On a rare occasion we will make exceptions on a case by case basis.
Are there any restrictions on my use of the WebFotoz images that I download? Yes. While WebFotoz offers great freedoms and a wide ranges of uses, we do not allow the redistribution of our photos, or allow the use of our photos within products that are mass distributed in any type of archive format.
If I do not want my picture on the web site will the images be removed? Yes, we will remove images once we have verified the request. To have an image removed please identify the catagory listing, image ID # and contact information.
How do I know you have received my messages using the contact form?
We will respond to all messages but it has been an issue sometimes with spam filters so add us to your contact list, set the spam filter to allow mail from us into your Inbox or check the junk folder.
(Not available at this time ) If I purchase a subscription are there any other fees I will encounter when downloading from the site? No, the membership allows you full access to download any photos on our site at no extra charge up to the alloted amount for your subscription.
Is account sharing allowed? No, sharing an account is no different than distributing our materials to others. Individual accounts must be purchased by your friends and colleagues.
(Not available at this time ) I bought a subscription, but it says I'm not activated, what do I do? On rare occasions our merchant processors may not send the information of your transaction to our system, so your account may not be automatically activated. Therefore, if you have made a purchase of our yearly subscription and you are not able to access WebFotoz images using your details, send a support request.
